Since 1903.Are you looking for the right opportunity to establish your career?We are growing and need talented team players to join us!JOB SUMMARYThe Quality Control Technician will perform all tasks involved in the development, interpretation, implementation, and evaluation of the quality inspection process for Packaging, Shipping, Receiving and Blow Molding. Each QC Assistant, however, may specialize in particular areas (i.e. packaging, shipping etc.).Essential DutiesEnsure Completion of product quality inspectionsAssist in QC breakdown of nonconforming products and materialsVerify proper documentation on production paperworkAssist in Inventory managementEnsure facility wide adherence to the ISO 9001 standardQuality verification checks of outbound product shipmentsVerification of product information against D365 ERP SystemVerify correct information products being loaded/unloadedTake measurements, perform calculations, and maintain accurate recordsFollow all precautionary safety measuresAssist in correction to any nonconformance discoveredSign off and approve productionMinimum QualificationsAt least 1 year of experience in a quality control/assurance fieldAbility to make accurate calculations and measurementsMust be self-directed, but still able to work as a part of a team.Ability to work under the pressure of a fast-paced manufacturing environment, be punctual, and have a good attention to detail.Preferred Qualifications· Experience in maintaining quality programs within the lubricants industry· Knowledge of ISO 9001 standardWork Environment + Physical RequirementsThe position is in a factory and office environment, and involves standing, bending, walking, kneeling and sitting for long periods of time throughout the day.Equipment Used· Computer - PC (Windows operating system)· RF Barcode scanner· RadioBenefitsAOCUSA pays the full cost of our Employee's Health InsuranceComplete Insurance Coverage: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and Supplemental Plans Available401(k) with Company Match and Profit SharingPaid Holidays & Paid Time OffFree life insuranceChaplain Assistance ProgramMedical Expense Reimbursement ProgramRequirements:
