We practice servant leadership and believe that by focusing on the success of our clients, team members, and partners, we all achieve greater success. Credence has an upcoming need for an Operations Specialist who will be primarily responsible for supporting the Dayton Program Management Office by providing daily direct operational support and assistance to the Program Managers managing multi-million dollar contracts for the U.S. Air Force, Department of War and other government agencies. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed belowReviewing, editing and compiling Program Deliverable and Status ReportsReviewing, processing and tracking employee travel requestsReviewing and approve expense reports for accuracy and proper documentation prior to reimbursementPerforming on-boarding and off-boarding activities for new or departing employeesTrack and manage employee data using spreadsheets, ensuring timely updates and confidentialityRecording, maintaining and tracking accurate notes and meeting minutes as requiredMaintaining accurate equipment supply recordsInventory office supplies and order or purchase items as neededEnsuring timely delivery of contract tasks, deliverables and suspense trackingInteracting with employees, task leads, business partners, government and clients as necessaryActs as employee local liaison to Program Managers and corporate staffPlanning and assisting in business meetings and events such as job fairs, employee gatherings, etcOther duties as needed or directed by Program ManagersRequirementsExtensive knowledge in Microsoft Office products, including but not limited to:Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint  Experience in Time keeping tools (Deltek, Costpoint)Experience in Travel and Expense Management software (SAP, Concur)Strong understanding of international travel requirementsExperience managing travel in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations (FTR), Joint Travel Regulations (JTR) and General Services Administration (GSA) guidelines, to support accurate, policy-compliant travel planning and reimbursement standardsRecords Management skillsEffective Communication skillsOrganizational skillsAbility to take accurate and detailed meeting minutesKnowledge of DOD, USAF and government contracts preferredKnowledge of Project Management principles preferredAfter hours work and some travel may be requiredBenefitsHealth Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)Retirement Plan (401k, IRA)Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity)Short Term & Long Term DisabilityTraining & Development
