Job TypeFull-timeDescriptionCrew LeaderJob SummaryResponsible for overseeing daily landscape maintenance operations at assigned sites, ensuring high-quality service, safety compliance, and efficient crew management under the supervision of a Field Supervisor or Area Manager.Key Responsibilities Assign and manage daily tasks for the crew Ensure quality, safety, and efficiency on all job sites Perform and oversee all maintenance tasks (mowing, pruning, weeding, etc.) Operate and maintain vehicles, tools, and irrigation systems Reporting site updates, issues, and enhancement opportunities Submit accurate timecards and application records Train crew members and promote a positive work environment Communicate with clients and escalate concerns to Supervisor Enforce company policies and lead by exampleQualifications 1+ year landscape maintenance experience (2 years preferred) Valid driver’s license and clean driving record English communication skills (bilingual Spanish preferred) Experience driving and pulling a trailerRequirements Ability to work outdoors in varied weather Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long hours Must pass drug screen, background check, and (if applicable) DOT physical Reliable transportation and adherence to company dress code Use of smartphone and basic irrigation/landscape toolsWhat We Offer Paid Time Off 401(k) with Company Match Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Life Insurance Holiday Pay Supportive, safety-driven culture Career growth and development opportunitiesWe are an E-Verify and Equal Opportunity Employer.
