This role requires hands-on maintenance abilities as well as strong coordination skills to ensure repairs and tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.Key Responsibilities:Daily portering, trash removal, and general grounds upkeepLight bulb and lighting fixture replacementsCeiling tile replacements and minor interior/exterior repairsRunning wire and assisting with basic low-voltage electrical tasksSnow removal, walkway clearing, and seasonal outdoor maintenanceGeneral plumbing troubleshooting (clogs, leaks, fixture swaps)Routine property inspections and reporting of maintenance needsCompleting and documenting work orders with accuracyCoordinating maintenance activities with vendors, tenants, and property managersScheduling and following up on subcontractor work to ensure timely completionIdentifying recurring issues and recommending long-term solutionsSchedule:Full-time, 40+ hours per week, with occasional additional hours required based on weather conditions, emergencies, or property needs.Pay: $24 per hourRequirementsPreferred Skills & Experience:Carpentry skills (framing, drywall, trim, small build-outs)Fence repair and rebuild capabilitiesBasic concrete work (patching, forming, curbs, small pours)Painting, patching, and general finish repairAbility to safely operate skidsteers, lawn mowers, snow blowers, and similar equipmentStrong maintenance coordination skills—able to prioritize tasks, communicate with tenants, track projects, and close out workefficientlyAbility to read and understand basic workscopes, diagrams, and vendor quotesStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailDependable, self-motivated, and able to work independentlyBenefitsAt Cleantec, we prioritize our team's well-being alongside customer care.
