Contracts Manager, Supply Chain
Your JobDEPCOM Power Inc. is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager, Supply Chain to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the contracting function within the supply chain, negotiating and administering contracts, mitigating risks, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic initiatives that align with the company's goals. The Contracts Manager will collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to optimize contract terms and risks, contributing to the success of our projects and supporting our company's growth and reputation in the renewable energy EPC sector. This position is ideally based in Scottsdale, AZ, but open to remote work with travel.Our TeamYou will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team at DEPCOM Power Inc. Our team is dedicated to driving the company's strategic initiatives and ensuring the successful delivery of renewable energy EPC projects. You will work closely with professionals from various departments, including legal, compliance, project delivery, and supply chain, as well as external suppliers and subcontractors.What You Will DoSupport category managers with the drafting, negotiation, and finalization of complex contracts, including supply agreements, subcontractor agreements, and project-specific contracts. Ensure contracts are comprehensive, clear, and aligned with the company's strategic objectives, while effectively mitigating risks.Collaborate with the EPC contracting team to align supply chain contract terms with customer expectations and project requirements.Work with business development teams to understand customer needs and translate them into favorable contract terms.Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders (legal, compliance, project delivery) and external stakeholders (suppliers and subcontractors).Oversee contract administration, ensuring all parties fulfill their obligations and timely execution of contracts.Monitor contract performance, identifying and addressing issues in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, updating contract templates and processes as needed.Drive continuous improvement in the contract drafting and negotiation process, implementing best practices, tools, and technologies.Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)Proven experience in successfully negotiating and managing complex contracts.Strong problem-solving skills to protect the company's interests while maintaining positive supplier and subcontractor relationships.Proficiency in applying legal, financial, and risk management principles to contract negotiations and compliance.Effective communication skills, with a history of successful negotiations and positive feedback from stakeholders.What Will Put You AheadExperience in contract negotiation within the supply chain sector.EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) or renewable energy industry experience.Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Law, or a related field.At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
