Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Kaukauna, WI. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing leads, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales processes. Key daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries, identifying potential clients, delivering excellent customer service, and providing detailed explanations of our services. The role also involves collaborating with team members to meet sales goals and participating in training activities to improve sales strategies. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage and build rapport with customers effectively.Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management practices, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.Experience in conducting Training sessions to help improve sales techniques and team performance.Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude in delivering customer-focused solutions.Ability to thrive in an on-site team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in sales, marketing, or a related field is a plus.Familiarity with the waste management or environmental services industry is highly desirable but not required.
