Enterprise Account Executive – Insurtech (US-based)
Location: United States (remote, with overlap across EST/CET hours)Reports to: Business Development Director / C-levelTravel: Required within the U.S., with occasional travel to HQ in PolandABOUT THE ROLEWe’re hiring an experienced enterprise sales professional to grow Decerto’s presence in the U.S. insurance technology market. This is a high-visibility role for someone who knows how to sell complex software solutions to large insurance organizations and build trust with senior decision-makers.You’ll focus on winning and growing relationships with insurance carriers and MGAs. This role is not a fit for candidates whose experience is primarily in agency distribution, broker sales, or direct-to-agent channels.We’re looking for someone with 5–10 years of relevant experience, a strong track record in enterprise insurtech sales, and the ability to combine business development discipline with strong relationship-building skills. Someone who knows how to listen, ask the right questions, understand client needs, and translate technology into clear business value. Who is comfortable using modern sales tools and understand the product, the buyer, and the market.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESDrive new business across the U.S. insurance market, with a focus on carriers and MGAs Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and close Build strong, credible relationships with C-level and senior business and technology stakeholders Lead thoughtful sales conversations by understanding client challenges and connecting them to Decerto’s solutions Present technology in a clear, compelling way to both business and technical audiences Deliver tailored demos and proposals that reflect customer needs and strategic priorities Represent Decerto at industry events, conferences, and client meetings Maintain pipeline discipline, forecasting accuracy, and activity visibility using tools such as Pipedrive and Apollo Partner closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to strengthen go-to-market execution REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS5–10 years of experience in enterprise insurtech / insurance software sales Proven success selling to large U.S. insurance carriers or MGAs Strong relationship-building skills and a consultative sales approach Confidence explaining technology in a way that is clear, relevant, and commercially meaningful Solid understanding of the insurance technology landscape and enterprise buying process Proficiency with modern sales tools, ideally including Pipedrive, Apollo, and similar CRM/prospecting platforms Comfort working in a fast-growth, entrepreneurial environment where initiative matters Bonus points if you bringExperience selling policy, claims, underwriting, distribution, or other core insurance technology solutions Experience engaging both business leaders and product/technology teams during enterprise sales cycles Experience working across international teams and time zones WHAT WE OFFERCompetitive base salary under full-time employment plus performance bonusMedical, dental, and vision insuranceLife and disability coverage401(k) with company matchA strategic, visible role with direct access to senior leadershipReal influence on Decerto’s U.S. growth journeyABOUT DECERTO Decerto is a Polish software company specializing in insurance solutions.
