This role is pivotal in achieving sales revenue targets, building and maintaining relationships with key customers, and liaising with other departments to identify sales opportunities and deliver superior customer support.Position SummaryThe Regional Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding market presence in the California market and will optimize pricing and advise on sales techniques to enhance client relationships. Lead compelling sales presentations, coordinate interdepartmentally for superior customer support, and expand our client base through targeted marketing efforts. This role demands strong sales acumen, relationship-building skills, and willingness to travel throughout the state and internationally as required for team meetings.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategic sales plans to meet corporate goals.Analyze market trends to determine customer needs and optimize pricing.Advise dealers and clients on sales and advertising techniques.Deliver compelling sales presentations and close deals with key clients.Coordinate between sales and other departments to enhance customer support.Prepare sales reports and expand the client base.Participate in annual strategic planning and marketing development.
