Associate Operations ManagerLocation: Temecula, CASchedule: Onsite | Monday-Friday | First ShiftCompensation:$60 - $80K + 5% BonusWe are partnering with a growing organization seeking a hands-on Associate Operations Manager to support warehouse, inventory, and logistics operations within a small manufacturing environment. This is a developmental role working directly alongside the current Operations Manager with the opportunity to grow into future leadership responsibilities.What You’ll Do• Support daily receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory operations• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, physical inventories, reconciliations, and discrepancy resolution• Utilize ERP/WMS systems, barcode/RF scanners, and inventory tracking tools to improve accuracy and efficiency• Help improve warehouse workflows, SOPs, material flow, and operational processes• Partner with production, procurement, and operations while supporting employee training and day-to-day warehouse prioritiesIdeal Background• 3+ years of warehouse, inventory control, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution experience• Previous lead, supervisory, or team coordination experience preferred• Strong inventory control, cycle counting, reconciliation, and discrepancy investigation experience• Experience with ERP/WMS systems and barcode or RF scanning technology; Epicor is a plus• Strong problem-solving and communication skills with a desire to grow into greater leadership responsibilityIf you're interested, please apply!Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
