Job Title: Structural Project Engineer
Location: Denver, Colorado
Position Type: Full-Time
We are currently seeking a Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Denver, Colorado. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects nationwide, spanning various sectors such as office, institutional, multi-family, parking structures, retail, healthcare, and mixed-use developments.
Responsibilities: As a Structural Project Engineer, you will play a vital role in the successful execution of our projects. Your responsibilities will include:
Project Design: Prepare comprehensive project documents and engineering calculations in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with and assist in the supervision of design engineers to ensure project goals are met efficiently and effectively.
Construction Administration: Provide valuable construction administration services, maintaining a keen eye for quality and adherence to project specifications.
Standards Development: Contribute to the development and maintenance of design and production standards within the company.
Communication: Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective interaction with project teams, clients, and regulatory authorities.
Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
Professional Engineer (PE): Hold a valid PE license in good standing in the state of Colorado.
Experience: Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering, demonstrating a strong foundation in the field.
Project Knowledge: Be knowledgeable in a wide range of project types, including office, institutional, multi-family, parking structures, retail, healthcare, and mixed-use developments.
Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate technical proficiency in various structural systems, building types, and materials, ensuring the ability to tackle diverse project challenges.
Standards Management: Be willing to develop and maintain design and production standards, contributing to the continuous improvement of our services.
Communication Skills: Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration and client interactions.
Software Proficiency: Experience with computer software such as Revit Structure, RAM, CSI, and RISA is a plus and will be advantageous in this role.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
