Job Description iKids, Inc. is looking for a highly qualified and energetic individual to become an Afterschool Site Coordinator for our program, as well as assist with many of our day-to-day administrative responsibilities. Individual will split time in office and onsite with the majority of responsibilities being tied to the onsite work.The Site Coordinator aspect of this position is responsible for the overall management of our program at their assigned school, implementing our curriculum while providing exceptional care for the children and truly having a passion for the communities we serve. Afterschool activities include:Enrichment classesArts & CraftsIndoor/Outdoor Recreational GamesAfternoon Snack TimeHomework assistance.The Admin Assistant aspect of this position will support our Director of Operations & HR in the daily execution of tasks associated with the business. This individual will work on a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:Developing and implementing program plans, including activities, timelines, and goals.Maintaining program records, databases, and other documentation.Preparing and distributing program materials and reports.Collaborating with other departments to align program goals.Tracking progress against program objectives and milestones.Conducting program evaluations to assess effectiveness.Preparing reports on program participation and results.Identifying areas for improvement and suggest strategies for optimization.Ensuring programs comply with organizational policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.Troubleshooting issues and mediating conflicts to find resolutions.Expectations and Performance Objectives:Punctuality / time management of a schedulePositive attitudeGood communicatorEffective leaderAble to act with discretionIndependent worker and team-playerFlexibilityQualifications and Requirements:College degree in Education, Human Resources, or Business ManagementKnowledge of Texas Childcare Licensing is a must - Candidate will possess or have the ability to obtain a Texas Child Care Licensing Director's CertificatePediatric CPR/First Aid Certification (can be completed before the position begins)Valid driver's license and reliable transportationClear background check3 years of experience working with elementary school aged children (years managing elementary school program preferred)Ability to work independently, as well as with others in a team settingSpecial skills/hobbies/talents a plusApplicant can expect a weekly schedule Monday - Friday between the hours of 9:30am and 6:00pm.Company Description iKids' onsite after-school program, iKids U, provides a complete suite of activities designed to expand on the education and growth of any child, from computers to cooking, sewing to science, and more! iKids U is customized for each school and designed to fulfill the interests of each student utilizing a variety of educational, creative, and recreational opportunities.
