San Francisco Rare Disease Territory Business Manager

Role Description This is an on-site, full-time role based in San Francisco, CA, for a Rare Disease Territory Business Manager. The role involves managing and growing relationships with healthcare providers, driving sales and market share of rare disease treatments, and creating opportunities to educate stakeholders on Alfasigma products. The manager will analyze territory performance, develop strategic sales plans, and ensure the attainment of sales goals. The candidate will utilize their knowledge of the rare disease landscape to tailor solutions and strengthen partnerships within the local healthcare community. Qualifications Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industryStrong understanding of rare disease markets and therapeutic areasExceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skillsAbility to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategiesProficiency in CRM tools and reporting softwareAbility to work independently in a field-based capacityBachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferredA valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the assigned territoryDemonstrated commitment to ethical sales practices and compliance with industry standardsAdditional experience in Gastroenterology or Vascular-related fields is a plus
