The Monitor Tech communicates changes in the cardiac rhythm to the charge nurse and primary nurse.Performs other duties as assigned.Team Member CompetenciesEstablishing RelationshipsBuilds effective networks, working relationships, and alliances to collaborate effectively within departments and organization. The team member will need to frequently assist in lifting patients and heavy equipment. Must be able to work in a stressful environment, work independently, make sound decisions, be detail oriented, alert, and self-motivated. Ability to push/pull up to 40lbs, carry and lift to 50lbs.
