This role offers the opportunity to contribute to impactful work across the region while growing your career in a dynamic and inclusive setting.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform structural analysis and design for bridges and related transportation structures.Prepare design calculations, plans, specifications, and cost estimates.Collaborate with regional structural teams to ensure successful project delivery.Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and DOT guidelines.QualificationsBachelor degree in Civil Engineering.PE license in Arkansas, Mississippi, or Louisiana – or ability to obtain within one year.5 to 8 years of progressive experience in bridge design.Proficiency in structural analysis software such as OpenBridge Designer, Merlin, CSI Bridge, or similar.Familiarity with AASHTO LRFD and DOT design standards.Strong communication and analytical skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Valid driver’s license.Equal Opportunity Employer
