Position Summary Under the guidance of the Integrated Learning and Produce Operations Program Manager, the Workforce Development Program Trainer is responsible for delivering all hands-on aspects of the Job Skills Training Program (Spark!). This role is an integral part of a project team focused on developing, coordinating, implementing, and sustaining EPFH’s workforce development initiatives. The Spark! program is designed to empower neighbors experiencing food insecurity by addressing root causes through job readiness, skills training, and certifications. We are seeking a dynamic, engaging, and mission-driven trainer with strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills who is committed to delivering high-quality services aligned with EPFH’s mission and core values. This trainer will focus on reinforcing classroom learning through hands-on warehouse activities. This role does not have direct reports but provides functional leadership and training oversight for trainees.
