Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions usingApex, Visualforce, Lightning Components , and declarative tools Configure and manage workflows, automation ( Flow, Process Builder ), approval processes, assignment rules, and validation rules Administer user accounts, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings Manage custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic apps, and custom settings Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to drive insights Integrate Salesforce with internal and external systems usingREST/SOAP APIsand middleware Maintain data integrity through imports, deduplication, and ongoing quality checks Perform proactive system maintenance, including security reviews, release updates, and sandbox management Troubleshoot user issues, resolve bugs, and support end users through training and guidance Document system configurations, changes, and technical procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201)andPlatform Developer Icertifications ( Highly Preferred) 4+ yearsof hands‑on Salesforce development and administration experience. Advanced experience with workflows, automations, and platform customizations. Strong proficiency inApex, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL , and declarative tools. Experience withSalesforce Education CloudandData Cloud . Experience withService CloudandExperience Cloud . Strong background in integrations, system configuration, and data maintenance.
