This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing patient drives, while also assisting patients through the medical marijuana certification process.This position combines event coordination, patient interaction, and operational support, making it ideal for someone who is organized, personable, and passionate about helping others. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and is comfortable managing both logistics and patient-facing responsibilities.Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Coordination & OutreachPlan, coordinate, and execute patient drives and certification events throughout KentuckyIdentify and secure event locations in collaboration with leadershipManage all event logistics, including scheduling, setup, breakdown, and on-site coordinationTravel as needed to support events across the stateEnsure events are organized, professional, and aligned with company standardsTrack event performance and provide feedback for continuous improvementPatient Care & SupportAssist patients through the medical marijuana certification processEducate patients on program requirements, next steps, and state registry processesProvide a positive, professional, and supportive patient experienceAnswer patient questions and address concerns in a timely mannerServe as a liaison between patients and providersOperations & CoordinationCollaborate with clinical, marketing, and coordination teams to ensure seamless event executionManage appointment scheduling and patient flow during eventsMaintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state regulationsSupport administrative tasks related to patient intake and follow-upQualifications1–3 years of experience in event coordination, healthcare support, or customer serviceStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and manage multiple events/projects simultaneouslySelf-motivated with the ability to take initiativeComfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environmentWillingness to travel within KentuckyBasic understanding of healthcare or willingness to learn medical marijuana regulationsPreferred QualificationsExperience in healthcare, patient coordination, or medical officesExperience with event planning or field marketingFamiliarity with Kentucky medical marijuana program (or similar programs)Key Traits for SuccessOutgoing and personableHighly organized and detail-orientedAdaptable and solution-focusedStrong sense of accountability and follow-throughPassion for patient care and improving access to services
