Contract Production AssistantAbout the Role We’re looking for a highly organized, hands on Production Assistant to support a fast moving startup at the intersection of filmmaking and technology. This role combines office management, production support, and event coordination, ideal for someone early in their career who wants real experience across all aspects of a creative business.You’ll work closely with our marketing and production teams to help execute shoots, events, and day to day operations.About UsStrada is a remote editing platform built for filmmakers and content creators. Founded by brothers Michael and Peter Cioni (formerly of Adobe and Netflix), our team blends production, marketing, and technology to build tools that reshape creative workflows.Key ResponsibilitiesOffice & Administrative SupportManage daily office operations, including supplies and organizationCoordinate team events, meetings, and schedulingBook travel and vendors (flights, hotels, transportation, rentals etc)Take meeting notes and track action itemsRun errands and assist with general office upkeepProduction & Event SupportAssist with equipment pickups, returns, and transportHelp set up and break down gear for shoots and eventsSupport production paperwork (call sheets, releases, invoices, budgets)Organize and maintain production files and assetsMarketing SupportAssist with light social media and content tasksHelp track assets, files, and campaign materialsQualificationsBasic understanding of film production workflowsFamiliarity with cameras, lighting, and audio equipmentStrong organizational and multitasking skillsProficient in Google Workspace; familiarity with tools like Slack, Notion, or ZoomReliable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast paced environmentValid driver’s license and access to a vehicleDetailsContract: May 4 – June 10Full-time: 40 hrs/week (Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm)Location: Hollywood, CA (in person)Pay: $25/hour + overtimeHow to Apply Send your resume to Careers-PA@strada.tech
