Maintenance Technician - $27-$30/hr DOE!This position is a direct hire opportunity!Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Maintenance Technician for our manufacturing client to start immediately at $27-$30/hr DOE! Receive comprehensive benefits through our client upon hire!Responsibilities:We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to support equipment and facility operations in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and facility maintenance. This position plays a key role in keeping equipment functioning efficiently, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring smooth facility operations to support production.Perform both routine and complex repairs and maintenance on diesel-powered production equipment and hydraulic systemsCarry out scheduled preventative maintenance on manufacturing machines and facility systemsTroubleshoot mechanical, diesel, hydraulic, and facility-related issues, recommending and implementing solutionsReplace, repair, and calibrate components to ensure reliable performancePerform general building maintenance such as lighting, HVAC assistance, minor plumbing, painting, and basic structural repairsMaintain accurate and up-to-date service and maintenance logsOperate hand tools, power tools, diagnostic devices, and measuring equipment safelyRead and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, hydraulic schematics, and equipment diagramsMonitor machinery performance and assist with identifying process or maintenance improvementsFollow all safety, health, and environmental guidelines and standardsProvide support and mentorship to less experienced maintenance staff when neededLocation: Greenfield, INSchedule/Shift Details: Monday-FridayTypical start time is 3AM with 8-10 hour daysOvertime as needed, some Saturdays.Qualifications:High school diploma or GED requiredTechnical diploma or certification in Diesel Mechanics, Hydraulics, Industrial or Facility Maintenance preferredMinimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience maintaining diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and facilities within an industrial or manufacturing settingStrong understanding of preventative maintenance for both equipment and facilitiesProficient in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, and general facility issuesAbility to read and interpret manuals, schematics, and blueprintsKnowledgeable of standard manufacturing and safety practicesExcellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-throughCapable of working independently or as part of a teamPhysically able to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work in confined areasMust successfully complete safety training such as:Lock-Out Tag-Out (LOTO)Working from HeightsConfined Space EntryForklift and Manlift OperationCrane Inspection proceduresMust pass pre-employment drug screeningPreferred Skills:Welding and fabrication experienceBasic electrical and PLC troubleshootingCertifications such as ASE, HVAC, or other mechanical/hydraulic/facility credentialsEquipment Commonly Maintained:Ottawa Yard TractorsBatch PlantsForkliftsMan LiftsReady-Mix TrucksGantry and Overhead CranesSmall Engines and Related EquipmentBenefits: MedicalDentalVisionPTO401k
