Outside Sales Representative Ted Wiens Commercial Tire Center is seeking a successful and driven Account Representative to pursue and cultivate new business relationships in the Las Vegas, NV market. This position requires an enthusiastic, positive attitude and the ability to change quickly to meet customer demands and market changes. The ideal candidate will possess the following: - 3-5 years of experience in outside sales - Knowledge of commercial tires and retreading preferred - Ability to multitask and continually prioritize a changing workload - Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills - An aggressive and competitive nature to drive sales growth - The confidence to close a sale - Familiarity with sales techniques and pipeline management - College degree preferred but not required Duties include, but are not limited to: - Business to business sales of new tires and retreads by meeting with decision makers of commercial, fleet, and national accounts - Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses - Demonstrates new merchandise, showing advantages or special features of products - Teaming with manufacturer representatives to call of new and current customers - Ability to travel locally to provide customer support. Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record. - Participates in training, follows safety procedures, job duties and company policies This position offers a competitive pay, with the potential to earn over six figures, and benefits package, including insurance and 401K.
