What Youll DoMachine OperationOperate the Schroder Professional POS 3000 sheet metal folding machine safelyOperate Amada Twin Servo Drive Turret Punch PressTrain on additional equipment including Emmegi T2 E Double-Head cutting machines and Emmegi T3 Star CNC Machining centerComplete daily safety and performance checks on your machinesPanel AssemblyAssemble panels and subcomponents using provided diagrams and specsApply adhesives and operate a heated press as part of the production processAccurately measure materials using a millimeter tape measureSafety & QualityFollow all workplace safety procedures and wear required PPEevery shift, no exceptionsPerform quality checks on your completed work and flag anything that doesnt look rightTeamwork & CommunicationWork alongside your team across projects and help each other stay on trackKeep your Production Manager in the loop on shift status, issues, or ideas.
