Must be at least 18 years of age. Authorized to work in the United States. U.S. resident (excluding CA, CO, CT, MA, MD, NY, OR, WA, WI). Ability to follow detailed processes and meet performance expectations. Strong communication and active listening skills. Comfortable navigating computer applications and web-based tools. Ability to work independently and remain accountable to schedules.Preferred: Prior call center or customer service experience. Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required.
