In this role, youll help package products, inspect quality, move materials, and support a clean and efficient production line. What Youll Do as a Material Handler:Manually package products by boxing, bagging, filling, or sealing Inspect products for defects and verify correct labels and seals Clean assigned work areas and monitor light packaging equipment Move products and materials using carts, dollies, or manual lifting Support production flow in a chilled food manufacturing environment What You Need to Bring to the Material Handler Role:Ability to stand for an 810 hour shift in a chilled environment Ability to lift items as required for production needs Attention to detail when inspecting and packaging products Ability to work quickly with hands (manual dexterity) Ability to follow written instructions and communicate with team member Reliable transportation to the Inver Grove Heights area Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and/or drug screen, if required Entry-level candidates welcome no experience required!
