In this senior-level role, you will serve as a key integration focal, leading cross-functional engineering efforts that directly impact aircraft certification and entry into service.This is your opportunity to influence complex, large-scale aerospace systems and play a pivotal role in delivering one of the most advanced commercial aircraft in the world.What You’ll DoAs a Senior Systems Engineer, you will lead and coordinate system integration efforts across multiple engineering disciplines by:Driving special projects to advance system maturity toward 777-9 Amended Type Certification (ATC) and Entry Into Service (EIS)Defining, decomposing, and managing system requirements, including traceability and verification planningLeading cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and ensure alignment across subsystems and suppliersOverseeing system architecture optimization, balancing safety, reliability, cost, maintainability, and certification requirementsIdentifying and managing technical risks, issues, and opportunities, and leading mitigation strategiesConducting detailed investigations and verification activities to ensure compliance with certification standardsCommunicating with executive leadership, internal teams, suppliers, and regulatory authorities to align on technical direction and program statusWhat You BringRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or a related technical field15+ years of experience in complex engineering or system integration8+ years of experience leading or managing complex engineering projects5+ years of experience building relationships with senior stakeholders, executives, and cross-functional teamsThis position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
