Adecco is hiring a skilled Maintenance Mechanic for a position located in Oakdale / Escalon, CA, offering a competitive pay rate of $35.00 to $40.00 per hour. This role supports a heavy manufacturing/structural steel environment and is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment including CNC machines, forklifts, and welders. The ideal candidate is highly technical, self-motivated, and experienced in industrial maintenance.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform routine and preventive maintenance on shop equipmentTroubleshoot and repair CNC machinery and other industrial equipmentMaintain forklifts, company vehicles, and trailers, including inspection logsCoordinate maintenance activities with Production Manager and Shop ForemanTrack weekly inventory and lubrication (grease) logs for all machinesConduct facility inspections and identify repair needsMaintain accurate service and maintenance recordsFollow all company safety standards and proceduresPerform additional duties as assignedExperience maintaining industrial equipment in a manufacturing or steel environmentStrong troubleshooting and repair skills for CNC machines and shop equipmentKnowledge of 3-phase electrical systems up to 480 voltsExperience working with hydraulics, motors, and control systemsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesExperience with Beamlines, Plasma Tables, and Plate ProcessorsBackground in crane and hoist repairExperience repairing welders, forklifts, and diesel/tractor-trailer equipmentRelevant certifications in maintenance, electrical, or mechanical fields Pay Details: $35.00 to $40.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
