Job Title: Logistics Center ManagementLocation: Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33418 (ON SITE)Pay Range: $48 – 51.48/Hr. On W2 (Depending on Experience/Interview)Duration: Contract Role (Possible Extension or Temp to Hire for Right Candidate)Work Schedule: Mon-Fri 8 AM – 5:00 PMJob Description:Manages entire warehouse operations and oversees performance of all tasks involved in the shipment, requisition, and storage of materials, supplies, and equipment into and from warehouse.May include the coordination of material flow within a manufacturing organization and shipping and receiving.The Logistics Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day administration, cadence management, and data integrity required to run an effective logistics process for Energy Battery system ordering and delivery process.This role ensures that cross-functional inputs are collected on time, process templates and dashboards are accurate, and all decisions and actions are meticulously documented.The Logistics Specialist acts as the central point of coordination, providing stakeholders with clear visibility into the aligned plan across demand, supply, inventory, and financial commitments.This position is critical for managing operational complexity and ensuring a single source of truth for all planning and execution activities.Manage the monthly Logistics calendar, meeting logistics, and follow-up cadence to maintain momentum and accountability.Coordinate and consolidate cross-functional inputs from Sales, Program Operations, Digital Product, Supply Chain, and Finance.Enter demand signals into the SAP order tracker and support the alignment of demand to available supply through a hard allocation process.Own and maintain the "single source of truth" for the ordering and delivery process, including trackers, dashboards, and decision logs, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.Track action items and decisions from all meetings, following up with owners to ensure timely closure and escalating risks as needed.Publish and distribute all logistics deliverables, such as summaries, forecast files, and action logs, ensuring proper version control.Update inventory status, financial impacts, and forecast adjustments related to exceptions, such as customer opt-outs and battery returns.Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and onboarding materials for the SIOP process.Support the resolution of cross-functional gaps by documenting issues and facilitating communication between teams.Level of Responsibility:Operates as the central coordinator for the SIOP process, driving the operating cadence with established procedures and escalation frameworks.Problems faced are operational and analytical, requiring strong judgment, investigation, and coordination across multiple teams.Communicates process status, risks, and documented decisions to supervisors and cross-functional partners.Supports business objectives by ensuring forecast accuracy, process discipline, and the integrity of the end-to-end planning process.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field and 5+ years of relevant experience; orAdvanced degree in a related field with 3+ years of relevant experience.Proven experience in a cross-functional role supporting planning, operations, or program management.Preferred Qualifications:Working knowledge of SIOP / S&OP fundamentals (demand planning, supply planning, inventory management).Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, lookups) and experience with BI tools like Power BI.Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data quality.Strong project management skills with the ability to drive deadlines and coordinate stakeholders.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear summaries.Experience working in fast-growing, cross-functional operational environments.“Russell Tobin offers eligible employees comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), a 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, identity theft protection, legal support, auto and home insurance, pet insurance, and employee discounts with some preferred vendors.”
