Senior Product Manager

Your Work MattersAs the Senior Product Manager, you will lead the strategic evolution of Floor & Decor connected customer experiences. You will be responsible for defining and executing a product vision that grows customer loyalty, drives conversion, and supports business growth. This role requires a deep understanding of ecommerce platforms and user behavior, with a focus on delivering seamless, personalized, and high-performing digital experiences.You will collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders in marketing, merchandising, UX, engineering, and analytics to shape the roadmap and ensure alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
