1st Shift Inspector Our client, an industry leader in aerospace manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated 1st Shift Inspector to join their team. As a 1st Shift Inspector, you will be an integral part of the quality assurance department supporting aircraft parts inspection. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: 1st Shift Inspector Location: Garden Grove, CA Pay Range: $18-20/hr. Shift: Monday - Friday (Saturday's as needed) 6am-2:30pm (currently doing OT and starting at 5am) What's the Job? Perform and document in-process, first article, receiving, and final inspections on aircraft parts and processes Read and interpret planning documents, blueprints, specifications, and quality inspection procedures to develop accurate inspection records Calibrate inspection tools and equipment prior to use to ensure precision Collaborate with team members across departments to address quality issues and ensure compliance Assist operators in understanding and interpreting quality specifications and procedures, and initiate nonconformance reports as needed What's Needed? Ability to perform detailed visual and functional inspections of aircraft parts Strong understanding of blueprints, specifications, and quality standards Excellent communication and teamwork skills Capability to calibrate and operate inspection tools and equipment Willingness to work overtime as required What's in it for me?
