Automotive Service Manager (High-Volume Shop)Location: Greater Philadelphia Area (Springfield, PA)Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000+ (Base + Performance Bonuses)About the OpportunityAutoShop Recruiting is partnering with a high-performing, multi-location automotive group in the Philadelphia market seeking a proven Service Manager to take over and elevate an already busy location.This is not a turnaround from scratch-the car count is there (80-90 vehicles/week) and the surrounding stores are producing $30K-$40K+ weekly revenue. The opportunity is to install the right leader, optimize process, and unlock the store's full potential.
