Lead Primary Care Physician Near Port St. Lucie, FL Community Health Center is seeking a BC/BE Internist or Family Practitioner to join their team Base salary: $235-$250K Hybrid position with both administrative responsibilities and direct patient care Assist the Chief Medical Officer and Associate Chief Medical Officer, in implementing, reviewing and developing clinical protocols, performance objectives, productivity benchmarks, compliance measures, provider workflow planning and provider scheduling Position also serves as a coach/mentor/trainer to the clinical staff giving guidance in best practices Join a 40+ doctor group - 9 medical sites, (family practice/primary care and pediatrics) 12 Physicians 12 APRN, additionally Dentists and psychiatrist on staff Monday - Friday schedule with possibility of rotating Saturdays in the future NHSC loan repayment site - Federally qualified health center setting Full benefits package offered including matching retirement, paid malpractice insurance, health, dental, vision, life insurance, 7 paid holidays and 2 floating holidays, license, DEA, membership dues and CME.
