OverviewParamount Streaming is seeking a Production Designer with 3+ years of experience to support the creation and execution of high-volume digital art assets for Paramount+, Pluto TV, and global partners. This role is highly execution-focused and requires robust organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort working within established templates and specifications in a dynamic production environment.The ideal candidate is receptive to creative direction, proactive in implementing feedback, and skilled at producing consistent, on-brand assets across multiple platforms and formats.ResponsibilitiesProduce a steady stream of digital assets for Paramount+, Pluto TV, and global partnersExecute artwork using production templates while adhering to platform-specific specs and requirementsPerform photo retouching, artwork manipulation, and image extensions using Photoshop and AI-assisted toolsCollaborate closely with other Production Designers while also working autonomouslyEnsure all assets meet brand standards, quality expectations, and delivery timelinesAdapt quickly as priorities and deadlines shiftBasic Qualifications3+ Years of experienceA solid portfolio demonstrating digital production design, photo retouching, and artwork manipulationProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, Frame.io, and FireflySolid comprehension of layout, typography, and visual frameworkBonus SkillsExperience extending imagery and creating depth using lighting and shadow techniquesKnowledge using both manual and GenAI-assisted tools within production workflowsSolid organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to receive feedback and implement revisions skillfullyClear communication skills in both in-person and remote environmentsInterest for digital products, design, and evolving creative technologyWillingness to support occasional overtime as needed, sometimes with short noticeLI-JJ1Hiring Salary Range: $64,800.00 - 90,000.00.What We OfferAttractive compensation and comprehensive benefits packages.
