Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resource Manager based in Bristol, PA. The Human Resource Manager will oversee the daily HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance. Responsibilities also include developing HR policies, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring alignment with company goals and legal standards. The role requires collaboration with leadership to develop strategies for talent development and employee engagement while maintaining best practices in HR management. Qualifications Proven experience in employee relations, talent acquisition, and performance managementKnowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance standardsStrong skills in communication and interpersonal relationship managementProficiency in HR software and tools for tasks such as payroll, benefits administration, and recruitmentAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldCertification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR) is a plusExperience working in the FMCG or food distribution industry is advantageous
