Business Program Manager (BPM)
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Program Manager with New Product Introduction (NPI) and/or manufacturing experience to support AI, server, and data center-related programs. This role will coordinate cross-functional teams to drive new product launches from development through mass production, ensuring alignment with schedule, cost, and quality targets.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport end-to-end program management for AI, server, and data center NPI programsCoordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and operationsDevelop and track project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverablesDrive execution to meet program schedules and production readiness targetsIdentify risks and issues early; support mitigation and escalation as neededFacilitate regular program meetings and provide clear status updates to stakeholders and leadershipEnsure alignment between product development and manufacturing readiness (DFM, ramp planning, etc.)Support transition from prototype builds to mass productionQualifications2–3 years of program/project management experience, preferably in NPI or manufacturing environmentsExposure to AI, server, or data center hardware programs is preferredBasic understanding of manufacturing processes and product lifecycleStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint; Project or similar tools a plus)Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferredPreferred QualificationsExperience working with server, storage, networking, or data center hardwareFamiliarity with supply chain, production ramp, and factory operationsExperience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project)PMP or similar certification is a plusWork Location: Santa Clara (onsite daily)Salary Range: $85,000-$120,000(Actual compensation will be based on experience, skills, and internal equity.)oxconn Industrial Internet is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, gender identity, and sexual orientation), national origin, age, disability, veteran status, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
