The Recruiter will collaborate with account managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process from start to finish. DutiesDevelop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for managing candidate applications. We us PCRecruiter.Build and maintain relationships with contractors to understand their specific needs.Utilize lead generation techniques to identify potential candidates through various channels like Indeed. JSFirm and Facebook.Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress within the ATS.Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.RequirementsProven experience as a Staffing Recruiter or similar role.
