React and Node.js Full Stack Engineer Team Lead - SGWS

Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Team ManagementLead and mentor a team of full stack developers working primarily with React and Node.js.Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance engineering culture.Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to ensure best practices.Manage sprint planning, task allocation, and delivery timelines using Agile methodologies. Technical ExecutionArchitect and implement scalable front-end applications using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.Develop robust back-end services and APIs using Node.js and Express.Ensure applications meet performance, security, and scalability standards.Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the stack.
