Our commitment is to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients, ensuring the success of their packaging projects.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Carmel, IN, for a Sales Manager position. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving new business growth and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Daily responsibilities include identifying prospects, nurturing leads, creating and delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts, meeting sales goals, and collaborating with the team to align strategies with client needs. Additionally, the Sales Manager will act as a liaison between clients and our manufacturing partners to facilitate seamless packaging solutions.QualificationsSales and Business Development skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and ability to achieve sales targets.Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.Experience in managing and delivering presentations on packaging solutions to potential clients.Knowledge of the packaging industry, including labels, shrink sleeves, flexible films, and folding cartons is a plus-- but not required.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; relevant experience in sales or packaging industry is a significant advantage.Proficiency in CRM tools, sales software, and Microsoft Office Suite.A results-oriented mindset with a proven record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
