X-Ray Technician - Pediatrics This is a 13-week contract position. 3x12s, Friday, Saturday & Sunday, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, with rotation for holidays. Orientation will take place during the week prior to the regular schedule. We are seeking a dedicated X-Ray Technician to provide quality imaging services within a pediatric setting. The selected candidate will be responsible for performing radiologic procedures, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining compliance with all standards related to imaging. Responsibilities: Perform a variety of X-ray procedures in accordance with established protocols. Ensure the proper handling and administration of contrast media. Adhere to safety standards while minimizing radiation exposure to patients and staff. Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care. Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. Be available for on-call duties as outlined in the shift rotation. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure: Minimum of 1 year experience as an X-Ray Technician, preferably in a pediatric setting. Current ARRT and BLS certifications are required. Must possess a valid South Carolina license prior to starting. Experience in operating a C-arm; additional training will be provided for O-arm operations. Why ARMStaffing?
