About the JobHuntington Learning Center in Glen Ellyn, IL is hiring tutors for K-12 instruction in Reading, Writing, or Math. We are looking for dedicated teachers to help our students reach a brighter future!Candidates should possess the following qualities:Responsibility and dependability.Enthusiasm and flexibility.Professionalism.Openness to working with students of various ages and levels.Benefits:Hours available weekdays after school and Saturdays + Sundays 9-1.No lesson plans to create or homework to grade.Paid initial and ongoing training.No more than 3-1 instruction.Flexible schedules (4-20 hours per week).Wonderful work environment.Job Requirements:Part-time evening and/or weekend availability.College degree required.Teaching certification required; Type 09 teaching certification is a plus, but is not required for those with Mathematics, Reading, or Writing expertise (verified by completion of an assessment test).Willingness to commute to Bloomingdale location at 357 W. Army Trail Rd.
