Line Cook/Prep Cook
Our modern farm-themed restaurant located in Medina, Ohio is seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our food offerings. You will work closely with our kitchen team to prepare and execute dishes according to our recipes and standards.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes
Ensure all food is prepare and presented to the highest standards of quality
Follow proper food handling and sanitation practices to maintain a clean and safe work environment
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service
Assist in the development of new menu items and specials
Maintain inventory levels and communicate supply needs to the management team
Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
Previous experience working as a Line Cook in a fast-paced restaurant
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and cooking methods
Ability to work well under pressure and in a team-oriented setting
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
