Have good communication skills.Self-starter and independent workerProblem solverTeam builder and leaderAbility to make judgement calls and use discernment in customer mattersGeneral Overview of ResponsibilitiesSalary job that may require more hours, but base hours are 7am to 4pm Monday thru FridayHire and train installersManage installation team on a daily basisDrive production goalsFleet managementMaintain warehouse organization and cleanlinessMaintain warehouse stock with weekly and ad hoc orders from suppliersMaintain 2-3 weeks of special order material based on upcoming jobsStage material for jobs for production as neededManage the scheduling of work and crewsHandle inbound customer calls for questions, scheduling, payments, etc.Assist with efficient dispatching of crews, assigning work orders, and rescheduling work orders as neededAnswer phones, distribute messages, follow-up on phone messages. Represent our company in a professional manner, handle customer complaints, enter information into CRM.After job is scheduled, send scheduling packets to customer. Request contract and/or monies, color selection, and lead info.Update and maintain customer database.Process credit card payments.Type proposals and job scopes on occasion.Any other needs as arise that assists the company achieve a smooth operation.Desired ExperienceDirect gutter industry experience is highly desirableDirect hire and fire management experienceGoogle Suite experience (Sheets, Docs, Google Drive, etc)Job schedulingInventory management (entry level)Construction knowledge is a plusAbility to lift and move up to 50lbsCustomer service phone skillsCompensation: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
