Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Outpatient Specialist Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour Location: Spokane, WA 99202 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMAbout the Position: We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to support a critical staffing need within a specialized local clinic. This role requires a high level of clinical independence and technical proficiency. You will manage a dedicated patient load and work alongside a large team of providers to deliver high-quality care in an efficient outpatient setting.Core Responsibilities:Manage a daily patient schedule of approximately 10–12 patients.Perform indwelling and suprapubic catheter changes and bladder medication administration.Assess patient needs in-clinic and via phone to determine appropriate care.Communicate treatment plans, lab results, and imaging findings to patients.Document all care and communication accurately within Epic EMR.Collaborate with physicians and PAs to coordinate patient treatment and education.Required Qualifications:Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Washington.1–2+ years of clinical nursing experience.Hands-on proficiency with indwelling and/or suprapubic catheters.Current BLS certification.Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.Preferred Experience:Prior experience in specialized outpatient clinic settings.Proficiency with Epic EMR.Background in Home Health (translates well to the autonomy required for this role).
