Java & React Tech Lead

If you're ready to grow with us, we'd love to hear from you!Main Responsibilities:Lead a team working on large and complex systemsCommunicate regularly with business stakeholders to understand and align with business goalsInterface with complex enterprise environments to design integrations and solutions that meet business needsActively contribute to the codebase and support less experienced developersManage a development backlog of bug fixes and feature requests across active and upcoming marketsCoordinate the rollout of new features and support global expansion effortsOccasionally travel to key markets to collaborate with in-field teams and support feature planning or deploymentsEnsure a high standard of communication in English, both written and verbal, with internal teams and external partnersRequirements:Experience with leadership on IT projectsSolid knowledge of backend development with Java/Spring BootStrong frontend experience with React or AngularExperience with relational databases (MySQL or PostgreSQL)Experience with mobile application projects is a plusComfortable working across both new feature development and production supportExcellent English skills for team communication and stakeholder engagementStrong organizational and planning skillsExperience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)Business-oriented mindset, with the ability to connect technical decisions to business valueWillingness to travel occasionally (US, LATAM)Live in Latin America region.
