Electrical Process Engineer
*Job Overview:*
The Electrical Process Engineer plays a crucial role in developing and validating Glenro’s "Proven Solution" for customers. This position involves reviewing new opportunities, assessing estimates, ensuring proposals capture the full project scope, and verifying that designs align with process goals. The Electrical Process Engineer will be responsible for maintaining engineering excellence by approving estimates, reviewing schematics, and evaluating change orders.

· *Collaborates with:* Sales Engineers, Estimators, Project Engineers, Electrical Designers

*Qualifications:*
· Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
· Industry experience in electrical process engineering.
· Proficiency in electrical design software; *SolidWorks Electrical is a plus*.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent attention to detail and ability to review complex technical documents.
· Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams.
*Responsibilities:*
· Evaluate new opportunities and contribute to the development of a reliable, effective engineering solution for Glenro customers.
· Review cost estimates from the estimating team and provide final approval.
· Ensure sales proposals accurately capture all necessary project scope and requirements.
· Assess General Arrangement (GA) drawings and electrical schematics to verify alignment with process goals.
· Review and approve change orders to maintain project integrity and efficiency.

· Accuracy of estimates and proposal scope, minimizing scope creep.
· Effective review and approval process, preventing costly rework or delays.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
