.Net DeveloperWe are looking for a skilled and proactive .NET Developer to join our growing technology team. This role is ideal for someone with strong development experience who also enjoys troubleshooting, supporting live applications, and working closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.The ideal candidate will have experience working with C#, .NET Core, SQL, and Azure DevOps, along with a solid understanding of production support processes, incident management, and application stability.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and support applications using C# and .NET technologies (preferably .NET Core)Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, bugs, and application incidentsPerform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement long-term solutionsHandle hotfix deployments and support live production environmentsCollaborate with development, QA, and business teams in an Agile environmentMonitor application health, logs, and system performance to ensure stabilityManage and prioritize support tickets, incidents, and escalationsWork within defined SLAs for response and resolution timesParticipate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement initiativesMaintain and improve existing applications and integrationsSupport change management and release processesRequired Skills & ExperienceStrong experience with C# and .NET technologies (preferably .NET Core)Experience working with SQL databasesExperience with Azure DevOps and Git source controlStrong understanding of MVC architecture and design patternsFamiliarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and JSONExperience with development tools such as Visual Studio and SSMSExperience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a production support environmentNice to HaveExperience with application monitoring and logging toolsFamiliarity with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ticketing platformsExperience supporting enterprise or customer-facing applicationsUnderstanding of incident, problem, and change management processesWhat We’re Looking ForStrong analytical and troubleshooting mindsetAbility to work independently and collaborativelyDetail-oriented with a focus on quality and system reliabilityComfortable working in fast-paced, support-driven environments
