Logistics Management Specialist - Fort Lee, VA (On-Site)OM Group, Inc. is hiring a Logistics Management Specialist to support IT logistics, asset tracking, warehouse operations, and supply management for Army operations at Fort Lee, VA. This role ensures accountability and lifecycle management of government-furnished equipment, supplies, keys, devices, and related assets. This is a fully on-site role at Fort Lee, VA.ResponsibilitiesTrack, manage, and maintain inventory of IT equipment, supplies, devices, keys, and government-furnished assetsSupport warehouse operations, logistics processes, and equipment lifecycle managementManage equipment receipt, issuance, storage, accountability, transfer, and dispositionMaintain accountability for government-issued keys, devices, supplies, and equipmentSupport Army logistics systems and platforms such as GCSS, ADHOC Management portal, Army supply systems, and related inventory or accountability toolsCoordinate with technical teams, government stakeholders, warehouse personnel, and operational teams to support equipment needsMaintain accurate documentation, records, and accountability controls for assigned assetsRequirementsRelevant experience in IT logistics and supply managementExperience managing inventory, equipment accountability, warehouse operations, or supply chain processesExperience supporting receipt, issuance, transfer, storage, lifecycle management, or disposition of equipment and suppliesStrong organizational, documentation, and coordination skillsExperience with Army logistics systems such as GCSS, ADHOC Management portal, Army supply systems, or similar inventory and accountability platformsAbility to support operational and technical teams in a structured government or DoD environmentProximity to and ability to work onsite full time in Fort Lee, VirginiaActive Secret Security ClearanceContingent upon contract awardCompensation will be determined based on several factors, including relevant experience, education, skills, certifications, and market conditions, with an expected range of $55,000 to $75,000OM Group, Inc. provides competitive compensation and benefits including health insurance coverage, 401(k), paid time off, and support for continuous education and trainingOM Group, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE) committed to compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws.
