Account Executive PositionAs an Account Executive you play a key role in our growth in Germany and the further DACH region.What will you do?Responsibly manage the entire sales cycle with potential customers from lead generation together with our SDRs to the presentation and contract conclusion (both with general contractors, as well as subcontractors).Hold product demos online or on site to convince general contractors of 12Build.Build and maintain relationships with decision makers.Develop customized functions that meet the requirements of our customers.Work closely with the SDRs, marketing, customer success, and product teams to shape our product and sales strategies.Continuously achieve and exceed sales targets and relevant KPIs.Sven's tip for new 12Builders:"Finding your own style and inspiring colleagues with it is expressly encouraged!"Who is 12Build?12Build in short: With a great deal of drive, happiness, and openness we are building a transparent construction industry. And we have the ambition to conquer all of Europe.RequirementsWhat do we expect from you?Language skills: German at native level (spoken and written) and very good English skills.Experience & expertise: Several years of sales experience ideally with a focus on B2B customer relationships.Commercial acumen: Proven communicative and sales skills, competence in customer identification and the ability to think out of the box.Industry affinity: Experience in or strong interest in the construction industry is a big plus.Working style: Independent, structured, and solution-oriented with the ability to think strategically and implement operationally.
