Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Elite Private Teacher with a preference for Ivy League graduates. The Elite Private Teacher will deliver personalized one-on-one instruction in SAT/ACT preparation, plan and execute tailored lesson plans, and adapt teaching strategies to meet the unique goals and learning styles of each student. Additional responsibilities include helping students with broader academic mentorship, offering guidance on college applications, and providing feedback to ensure continuous progress. Teachers will collaborate with the Ignite team to maintain transparent communication with families and ensure the holistic success of our students. Qualifications Proficiency in Lesson Planning and the development of customized learning experiencesStrong foundation in Education methodologies and industry-best teaching practicesExcellent Communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and familiesExpertise in Teaching and Training to deliver outstanding student outcomesProven ability to mentor students toward success in standardized testing and academic goalsExperience with SAT/ACT preparation, college application support, and academic mentoring is highly advantageousBachelor’s degree required, with preference for graduates from Ivy League or equivalent top-tier institutionsPassion for inspiring students and helping them achieve their highest potential
