Marketing + Business Development Manager

THE ROLE : We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing & Business Development Manager to lead strategic marketing and client development initiatives for a leading professional services organization in Miami.This role is ideal for a marketing professional with strong experience in professional services marketing, business development strategy, lead generation, and HubSpot CRM implementation and optimization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting brand growth, client acquisition, attorney/practice group initiatives, and overall business development efforts.The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution across digital marketing, CRM management, lead nurturing, business development support, and marketing operations.THE RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of HubSpot CRM, including workflows, automation, reporting, dashboards, and integrations.Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across email, web, SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing channels.Partner with leadership and practice groups to support business development and client acquisition initiatives.Assist with proposal development, pitch materials, attorney bios, presentations, and targeted marketing campaigns.Build and maintain marketing automation campaigns and lead nurturing workflows to improve lead conversion and client engagement.Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, KPIs, lead generation metrics, and ROI.Manage website strategy, content updates, SEO performance, and user experience improvements.Coordinate client communication campaigns, email marketing initiatives, and CRM-driven outreach efforts.Support cross-selling opportunities and strategic growth initiatives across practice areas.Collaborate with attorneys, leadership, vendors, designers, and external agencies as needed.Ensure consistent branding and professional communication across all digital platforms and marketing materials.Stay current on legal/professional services marketing trends, CRM best practices, and emerging technologies.THE QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.Minimum 5 years of digital marketing and/or business development experience within a professional services environment.Proven hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM implementation, administration, and marketing automation.Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, PPC, email marketing, and digital campaign strategy.Experience supporting business development initiatives, client acquisition strategies, and lead generation efforts.Experience creating and managing marketing automation workflows and reporting dashboards.Excellent project management, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced professional environment.Experience working directly with leadership, attorneys, partners, or executive teams is highly preferred.THE SKILLSETHubSpot certifications preferred.Familiarity with CRM integrations and marketing technology platforms.Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.Knowledge of professional services client acquisition and relationship development strategies.Experience supporting proposal/RFP processes and strategic growth initiatives.COMP + BENEFITSCompetitive salary based on experienceHealth benefitsPaid time off and holidaysProfessional development opportunitiesCollaborative and growth-oriented work environment
