This individual will serve as a true extension of the CEO, managing priorities with professionalism, discretion, and a white-glove service mentality.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment and demonstrates exceptional judgment, organization, and adaptability. This role requires someone who can anticipate needs several steps ahead, remain calm under pressure, and seamlessly manage both business and occasional personal matters with the highest level of confidentiality.Personality fit is critical. We are looking for someone who is easygoing yet highly driven and Type A in execution — a relationship-builder who can interact effectively with a wide range of personalities while maintaining a low ego, high accountability mindset.Key ResponsibilitiesManage complex and ever-changing executive calendars, meetings, and prioritiesCoordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, and logisticsServe as a gatekeeper and strategic partner to the CEO, prioritizing requests and communications appropriatelyPrepare meeting materials, presentations, agendas, reports, and follow-up itemsAnticipate needs proactively and ensure all tasks and projects are followed through to completionHandle confidential business, financial, and personal information with discretion and professionalismCoordinate internal and external meetings, events, and executive communicationsAssist with special projects and operational initiatives as neededBuild strong relationships across all levels of the organization and with external stakeholdersContinuously look for opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and executive support systemsRequirementsQualifications5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting C-level executives, preferably a CEO or founderExperience operating in a fast-paced, high-growth, or entrepreneurial environmentExceptional organizational skills and attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to prioritize independently and adapt quickly to changing circumstancesHigh emotional intelligence and professionalismProven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgmentProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and executive scheduling/travel coordinationBachelor’s degree preferredIdeal TraitsCalm under pressure and unflappable during last-minute changesHighly organized, structured, and execution-orientedProactive with an ownership mentalityLow ego, team-oriented, and receptive to feedbackResourceful, polished, and solutions-drivenRelationship-focused with a white-glove service mindsetNaturally anticipates needs 2–3 steps aheadAbout SRS Real Estate PartnersSRS Real Estate Partners is one of the nation’s leading commercial real estate advisory firms, providing innovative solutions across tenant representation, investment sales, capital markets, and property leasing services nationwide.We are seeking someone who will become a trusted strategic partner to the CEO and contribute to the continued growth and success of the organization.
