HCM Software Delivery Manager (PeopleSoft)

Samaritan's Purse is seeking an HCM Software Delivery Manager to join our team in N. Wilkesboro, NC or Boone, NC . As the HCM Software Delivery Manager , you will partner with business stakeholders across HR and other functional areas to manage, prioritize, and deliver technology solutions that support their goals and objectives. You will lead a team of HCM Enterprise Business Systems Analysts in the support and maintenance of multiple ministry applications, including PeopleSoft HCM, ensuring system stability, thoughtful configuration, maximum uptime, and strong performance. You will also promote excellent customer service while aligning technology solutions with the mission of the ministry. In the role of HCM Software Delivery Manager, you will have the opportunity to:Maintain your personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be an effective witness for Him.Lead the team of HCM Business Systems Analysts in the support and maintenance for Peoplesoft HCM and other applications to ensure maximum uptime, high performance, and excellent customer service.Offer innovative technologies, solution ideas, and potential business process improvements to drive efficiencies and meet business needs.Provide high-level technical directions to developers on existing and new interfaces.Manage BSA and functional team testing for PeopleSoft PUM Image and PeopleTools updates.Liaise between the Information Technology department and the user community.Meet regularly with users to track open issues and facilitate the effective use of software applications.Lead in completing IT project management as necessary. Lead the coordination and testing of HCM technology-related projects.Liaison between developers, network managers, HelpDesk, and software support on IT department operations.All other duties as assigned.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Information Technology or a related field and ten (10) or more years of related experience.A relevant combination of education and experience would be considered.12 credit hours of college-level Biblical Studies (required); if not already completed, opportunity to meet and complete requirement is available upon hire.Job Location: N.
